Pupil Premium

The Pupil Premium grant is allocated to schools for the specific purpose of boosting the attainment of pupils from low income or disadvantage families. Diminishing the difference between disadvantaged children and their peers.

The funding is based on children who are eligible for a free school meal or have been in the last six years, looked after children (supported by the Local Authority) and children whose parents are currently serving in the armed forces.
